Set up a strategy call – here we talk about you, what’s working and what’s not working right now and where you want to be. We’ll determine if we make a great team and if my program is best to support you on your health journey.
If we decide we’re a great fit, I will send you a link to my private coaching app. You will fill out a few forms so I can get to know you even better.
After I accept your forms and first payment, we schedule our initial appointment.
